Why should the death penalty be used what are the pros and the cons of the death penalty? How would the death penalty be unjust to those facing the death row?
Precise claim:
The death penalty gives justice to those who have done wrong, but can viloate their rights and hurt their loved ones which is unjust.
Reasons/Blueprint:
The death penalty keeps offenders off the streets for good and creates more room in the prison systems.
The death penalty can be unjust to the one who was sentenced to the death penalty becuase our eitght adementment right states that we shall not have any cruel or unusual punishment inflicted on us. The death penalty can be a form of cruel and unusual punishment by the forms used to put one to death.
Thesis Statement:
The death penalty has many pros and cons about justice but it may not be just to everyone.

Your thesis statement is "just" and to the point (pardon the pun). This leaves the paper open to discuss all of the reasons why it isn't just to everyone. Nice job!
